Ladder for 1997 Land Yacht

Does anyone know where I can get a ladder for my 1997 Land Yacht motor home? It needs to fold about 3 to 5 feet from the bottom to allow access to the "trunk". I called the local dealer, but they want $388 pluses $250 to install. In my own searches, I can find RV ladders for only $117, but I am not able to tell if they fold or not.

Any pointers on where to look would be great! I'm new to this.
