'78 Minuet 7.3 metre need step
Just purchased this camper and new to this forum, diving in head first by gutting out the entire unit, several issues to deal with but for now I seem to be having trouble getting info about the entry step. I downloaded the user manual which is extremely helpful but severely lacking on step info? It shows a photo and says that the trailer comes with a step. Duh! Well I need specifics, previous owner removed the step and riveted a belly section over the space. All I know is I have about 21" offset a little right of center from the door, as interior rocker switch by the door labeled "step". My guess is at one time it had a 21" single step with some type of automatic servo motor, any information about spec's or where I might locate a suitable replacement would be greatly appreciated. I'm not a stickler for OEM, mine will be a resto mod with little if any original argosy options, thanks in advance for any helpful wisdom.
