New to Airstream, have polishing questions

We just purchased an 1971 27 ft overlander I want shine it up . Does this trailer have clear coat and what do I need to use to clean it thanks

The clear coat is probably gone unless it was redone. Put a tittle toothpaste on a finger and rub -- if it turns black you don't have clear coat. There are lots of threads here on cleaning and polishing -- it just depends how nuts you want to go...

The clear coat on top would be gone. But, you still will have to strip the sides below the windows. Check the classified for supplys.
