Flexidip and/or plastidip
Wanting to add some temporary "decals" to the Silver Olive forBirning Man. A friend suggested just using contact paper but I'm wondering about Flexidip. Searching the forums didn't give any real, solid responses.
The Silver Olive's skin isn't in especially good condition - clear coat removed years ago with anticipation of a shine in the future. And actually, she's looking pretty sad these days due to lack of leaning following cross country moves - signs of road salt damage and grime.
I'd like to decorate her for the event - stencil something on her sides. I will eventually get to polishing - and thus, don't want to do anything ng that will significantly inhibit that process or cause irreparable damage. I see lots of videos of folks covering aluminum wheels, and entire vehicles with the Flexidip but what about an (uncoated) Airstream?
Any thoughts, suggestions or other?
