BRN Removal

We’ve removed our big red numbers but the “sticky” residue is there. Looking for safe option to remove it but not impact clear coat. Thanks!

BRN Removal

Search for “Rapid Remover” online. Used by vinyl sign companies to take off old sticky vinyl film.

It’s usually available on Amazon or Walmart. Be cautious around glued on plastic Airstream logos because it also removes them efficiently. Takes BRNs off easily with the use of a few plastic razor blades and soft cloth without scratching the clear coat.

BRN Removal

I wonder if heating the residue with a hair dryer would soften the glue to make it easier to remove? That method has worked for removing the BRNs without leaving residue.

This melts it like butter. A good NAPA should carry it:
