Anyone know what this is? (Clearcoat scratches)

We have what appear to be scratches or marks in the clearcoat around both 30A inlets and to a much lesser extent the Cable/SAT inlet. There don't seem to be any similar marks anywhere else on the trailer.

Any idea what could cause this?

Filiform corrosion.

Mine has it showing up in various areas, you have to grind it out with a sand pencil and fill it with a clear coat pen. It will never look right, but unless you replace the panel... the joys of a shiny hiney.
