I have recently purchased an older model Airstream
Sovereign that, unfortunately, had many concealed leaks. As a result, it has turned into a complete restoration project from the subfloor up.
During this process I have decided to upgrade all the light fixtures (some of which were holding water) including the tail lights. Unfortunately, I have discovered the trim piece that is used as the mounting surface for the tail lights is plastic and compromised.
So after calling several vintage trailer supply houses with no success I am coming here to see of someone with more knowledge can help a new owner figure out where to locate these parts. I have attached a picture to illustrate the part needed.
