Joker game rule
My friends and I are playing JOKER. They say you cannot go past your "In spot" for any reason and must wait until you can go in with a 1 -5. I say if you have no other move, then you play whatever card you choose and start around the board again.

I have found rules online that say yes, you move on, but they have a sheet that says stay. Who is more correct?
