I got a new Airstream for my Mother-in law. Pretty good trade, eh?

My mother-in-law helped me garner an appreciation for good booze. It doesn't give me a hangover if I drink too much because she was visiting.

My mother-in-law is never bothered by bats.
It's some "professional courtesy" thing.

My mother-in-law nagged her first husband to death. Now she's working on the second... her daughter's.

[Thanks, Carol]

My Mother-in-law works in an animal sanctuary for former pet primates.
She teaches the gorillas to be ugly before they set them free.

My mother-in-law is taking flying lessons.
They make her stay close to the ground until she gets used to the broom.

You gotta be careful with that one. A couple of summers ago as my DW was sweeping off the entry carpet to the trailer and I and a couple of camping buddies came up to the trailer she turned to say HI and I asked "going somewhere?"

I can tell you that eventually the bruises went away but not till we were back home. Certainly it raises ones need to practice their reflexes that were getting slow over the years.

My Mother-in-law is a dwarf.
One day she sashays up to me, hands on hips, and says,"I'm not happy!"
So I say, "OK, then which one ARE you?"

I shouldn't be negative about my mother-in-law.
She's really like a Saint.

Well, when either of our mother-in-laws come in, we have no need to look for a broom to sweep the floor.

I'm not saying my Mother-in-law is big... but she is required by law to have a personal back-up beeper in 5 different states.
