Was #5182 Yours?

I purchased this Airstream in 2/2019. This morning the sun hit the forehead just right and I spotted 5182 for the first time since I've owned it. Anyhow if its familiar to you I'd love to learn about its history. And if your curious search my posts to get familiar wit my projects.

It looks like the previous owner of that trailer when it wore those Big Red Numbers (BRN) is still an active member of the Airstream Club. If you're a member you can look them up in the membership directory by using the BRN.

Thanks... I'm not a member yet. I'm not at a point in my life where I have time to travel, so I didn't feel the need to be a member at this time.
BRN, lol, big-red-numbers, I would not have figured that out.
Anyhow thinking about it... I understand the prior owner could be reluctant to contact.
Rest assured, I purchased this Airstream AS-IS from NW Airstream in Milwaukee OR. And it's been in my hands a few years. I'm not here to be onry, just curious.

According the the Airstream Club directory (2019) that number belonged to some folks from North Carolina. The BRN stays with the club member and could be assigned to any AS they might own.

You should investigate joining the club. There are many benefits!
