Rally with French-speaking participants?

This is time sensitive and we probably only have overnight and into tomorrow morning to brainstorm. We have an inquiry from a French journalist who is proposing a TV report to her producers. The proposal has to be presented tomorrow evening, May 22nd. Her questions (and the strong emphasis should be on question #3):

• What are the biggest airstream rallies of the year in the whole US?
• What are the most special?
• Are there some rallies where we can find French people?

Region 1 includes Quebec, am I right? Any awesome rallies up that direction this summer?

We have met many wonderful folks who are primarily French-speaking Canadians. One who rode solo the four corners on her BMW pulling a slightly smaller than airstream trailer.

International rally is in Huron SD; we also have for our region Hands Across the Border.
