The Tom Johnson Rally Park features nearly 300 full hookup sites in rally style parking, all on beautiful, flat, level grass.
Rally style parking means side by side, back end to back end, in rows, with plenty of room to deploy awnings and set up a very nice camp. Every site has its own 30/50-amp power, water, and sewer.
A 13,000 square foot open air pavilion, bath house, handicap parking, lots of open green space, the Catawba River, walking trails, café, restaurants nearby, and Camping World all on site.
All this for $32 per night camping fee, plus a modest rally fee of $70/rig or $35 for single to cover expenses.
Marion, NC is a beautiful town located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, where “Mainstreet Meets the Mountains”. The Blue Ridge Parkway and Mt Mitchell, highest point east of the Mississippi, are just a short drive away. Asheville, Black Mountain, the Biltmore House, Hendersonville, and much more are just up the road.

My office staff....Glen Livit, Jim Beam, and Jack Daniels... are hard at work compiling and updating the list.
But it is Friday, they have all had a tough week, so might be tomorrow before they post the newest list.
By my count we stand at 58. We shall see what they come up with.

Dog updates:
Roger (12) passed in Sue's arms on our way down to CanOpener on 12/30/2020. Lung cancer got him very quickly, after being at the Vet 2 days prior.
Penny (14) was sent to heaven on 6/14/2021 after battling seizures since 1/2/2021 from a suspected brain tumor.
We have two new dogs Annie (a mini-dachshund mix about 1) and Stuart (a Jack Russell/Terrier mix, about 3 or 4). Both are rescues from Animal Control departments and both are small.
