Hey Ladies,
This is what you've been waiting for, an ALL girls camp trip!! Men are invited to drop off/set up your rig then stay for an early happy hour, but from then on it's Ladies ONLY!!

Santee Lakes Recreational Reserve is located in SANTEE, CA visit the website at www.santeelakes.com. We will be arriving Friday June 28-and departing sun by 12pm. So far we have 4 trailers going taking up spots 131, 133, 134 and 135. Airstream equipment isn't required so if you know of a friend invite her too!!

Tentative Itinerary:
Fri 1pm check in 6pm meet & greet BYOB site #131
Sat 6pm potluck dinner site #131
Sun 930am light breakfast site #131

This sounds like a great idea! Is it OK to just meet some of you to get some newbie advice and check out your digs (I mean rigs)?

I'm local and have been looking for my first Airstream. If you ladies (or gents) know of any late model Southern CA trailers for sale, please let me know.

DH is finally warming up to the idea as we have so many locations to enjoy just in San Diego. I'd love for this to be my first of many rallies!

The forum is a wonderful resource for info like buying tips and having an inspector do a pre purchase inspection for you. I had to travel to AZ to find my dream trailer so you might explore your options. There's nothing like a good road trip that brings you home with your dream Airstream!!

Apparently I got so excited about this gathering (I have never let my husband tow my AS so this sounded perfect) that I failed to realize that I have to pick my kids up from camp in central california on Saturday morning. Oops! Haha! Hope to be able to make the next GNO Rally.
