Rock Guard installation

I just got my "Rock Gaurd" from UPS yesterday and it looks like it is a fairly straight forward installation.
I have a Minuet so I will have to cut down the center window, but that doesn't look too hard either.

I was wondering if anyone else has done the install?
Is there any "Got Ya's" I should look out for?
Does anyone have any tips on alignment of the three pieces?
Any boo's or hisses from the peanut gallery?

This was a project that I thought abut trying then decided to turn it over to my Airstream dealer. The two Minuets that I am aware of with rock guards on the front windows have been dealer installed/modified. I posted a few photos of the installation of the guards on my Minuet to the thread linked below:
