Rock Guard

Any alternative to the rock guard turn fasteners currently used. One of mine pulled out from the receptacle and will not hold anymore. Seems like a cheesy design.

Are you talking about the plastic rock guard that protects the windows or the lower stainless segment protector. What year Airstream? A photo would be helpful.
