Replacng lexan window rock guard

I would like to replace the warped center section of the window rock guard on my 07 Classic. I can see how to remove the frame, but how di I remove and replace the existing lexan? It appears that it is longer and wider than the track that it is retained in. Before I remove the spline I want to make sure I can remove and replace the lexan.

Hi I am not sure about your removal installation process as I don't have rock guards on any of my trailers but being a sign lady I know our warping is likely due to the piece of Lexan being cut a bit to big and not giving it any room for the expansion/ contraction that all plastics go through. I would recommend reducing the cut size slightly next time.
