Lexan Segment Protectors?

Saw this 2001 34ft slide out with black lexan? segment protectors.
Does anyone have any information about who made these? I don't think they are Airstream, but I don't know.
Any help would be appreciated. These would be great for my painted Argosy.
Thanks. G

Someone.may have.sprayed black bedliner on the original protectors, or it may be.some.kind of polycarbonate. If the latter, it is a custom job. Best idea would.be.to contact the owner of the unit you spotted. The operator of the storage lot or campground shouldn't give out that Info, but may be willing to pass your name and number through to the owner.

I guess it's polycarbonate.
The owner doesn't know. They bought the trailer in AZ with the protectors on it.

Lexan and Makrolon come in black, white and clear. The colored polycarbonate is normally used on signs. I don’t know how translucent they are. Like mentioned, maybe a film. Good luck

I've seen a very few Airstreams with those segment protectors, mostly several years ago. I beleive they were a factory option for a short time in the early 2000s, but were soon discontinued.
