Hinge part?
Anyone have a source for the male part of this hinge? I don't know whether it was previously used for a front window awning or window guard. It's above the front window.
I assume it's pretty simple, like the green "J" I drew in.
Thanks, Zep

I popped out and took a photo of mine for you. It is a "J" extrusion and acts as the hinge at the top of my rock guard. I'm not sure where to get one - perhaps Inland Andy has some?

Post back if you will please. I may have another source - a really old RV place that put an ad on Craiglist for "old stock" parts clearance. I've not had the chance to swing by there yet. They used to do a lot of repairs in the past - now it's mostly a storage lot.....
There's also this from Out of Doors Mart:

I'll have to look into that, but the total angle of rotation isn't obvious. It looks like it might be about 120 degrees.

Are you still looking for the hinge
If you are I can tell you that I recently purchased both sides of the hinge from my local Airstream distributor who had to order directly from Airstream. It is exactly what you are looking for.
