Hi,
Love what you did with the counter under the TV and the corona tops. What advice would you give regarding installers? We're in PA and the GA outfits wouldn't be practical. Do you know of anyone who's gone to Jackson Center for this kind of remodel job?

Thank you. We have been very happy with our changes. We met Coachcraft at a camping show, and then went down to their facility and looked around and saw some of their projects. We felt very comfortable leaving our Airstream in their hands. You may want to visit some camping shows in your area and talk to the vendors closer to you. We did talk to Jackson Center and they said they could do everything we were wanting to change. Their estimate was quite a bit higher than Coachcraft. Hello and beautiful redos on your airstream! We have the same year and model and are starting work on it now. Couple questions for you:
1) What facets did you purchase for bathroom/kitchen?
2)Can you give measurements of LR extra countertop/cabinet?
We are looking to update without pulling the whole thing apart. Also, can't tell if you redid curtains at all? If so, ideas?

Thank you, Andrea. We also did not want to pull the Airstream apart, so we made the changes without having to move anything that was under the seats, etc. The faucet for the bathroom is by Pfizer, Jaida Waterfall Bathroom Faucet with push & seal Drain, Model LF-042-JDKK from faucet direct.com. The kitchen faucet is Delta Essa Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with MagnaTite Docking, Model #9113-AR-DST from Home Depot.

The new cabinet has been absolutely one of the best things we changed. So much more storage and counter space. The measurements are 31" deep, 34 3/4" long, and it is 18 1/2" high. It sits on the original frame for the original sofa. If you wanted to leave more of the sofa, you could always shorten the cabinet. It's just the two of us (plus our 2 pups), so we went with the larger cabinet.

We did not replace the curtains because they were in good shape. I did wash them in Woolite in cold water, and air dried them. I was careful to mark each panel so that I would get them in the proper place. They came out really nice.

I wish you the best of luck with your remodel. I know you will enjoy the changes; so much more comfortable.

Beautiful remodel. Very good taste. !! Did the 320 toilet fit or did u have to cut into the back wall to make it fit. Enjoy your new trailer. Money spent well !!

The new toilet would have fit but would have been tight and we are both tall people and wanted the extra space. So, since we were adding a closet in the bedroom at the end of the twin bed, we decided we could push the toilet back into the wall since it would be hidden in the closet. It's only a couple of inches, so the storage in the closet is very minimally affected. Coachcraft did a great job with the stainless steel insert in the bathroom to give us that space we wanted.

We have enjoyed the remodel, and love the extra room we have.

That toilet installation intrigued me too. I've installed a Dometic 320 in our FC 28 and it fit fine, but my knees are against the sink cabinet. I thought about notching it somehow, but hadn't thought about moving the toilet itself further back. What did Coachcraft do to move the floor opening that goes to the blackwater tank? thanks!

The toilet fit the existing layout except the back of the toilet was going to need to be turned slightly at an angle because it was too close to the wall. We did not like how that looked, so we asked Coachcraft to give us some options. We liked that they good fabricate the stainless steel insert and just take up a few inches in the bedroom closet. We are very satisfied.

BUT has anybody thought of converting the pull out bed/cushion support to a shallow drawer? The use could be endless, charge cables, utensils, maps, books, all sorts of electronic devices (laptops, tablets, kindles etc.....)?
