Cancer Smanser Tour In June

Hello all, it has been months since I really updated everyone what I have been up to. If you all remember, we purchased 3 airstreams in 08, the 2nd one hubby Chris rolled, and glad to say the new 23' FB is doing fine!

I am an artist and use the Airstream to go to different parts of the country to purchase glass (I'm a stained glass artist) and do photography and watercolor painting. In December 08 I was diagnosed with breast cancer (a rare form, very lucky, no chemo needed) and decided the risk of radiation treatments were more than what I wanted. So, had surgery and have been on the move ever since.

May 22, I will be unveiling a 36 Sq ft (trio) stained glass windows in a private residence in NC. The third of which was completed when I was undergoing all the treatment phase. In June, I am hopping into the Avalanche/Airstream and am starting a pilgrimage up to Jackson Center for some warranty work, and then going on several sojourns.

Even though I have not been actively participating, I have been logging on and checking into what everyone has been up to. It was a great diversion and can't wait to take pictures of my adventures this summer. So, watch out for my posts, there will be great things to see, I have a great new zest for everything, and can't wait to see you on the road and online.

Glad to hear you are doing well. A great attitude is healing in itself!!
Would like to see some pictures of the stained glass when it is unveiled.

Glad you're doing better and are able to get back in the swing of things.
