Awning color - 08 Safari SE

Are the awnings on the 08 Safari's the same color gray as the 07's? Have one coming in and didn't know what the color was. Thanks

Our 08 Safari SE FB has all grey awnings. I can't speak to all though since it was on the lot and not ordered.

Question Colors and Moving In and Bath Towels

We thought our 27FB had Oatmeal interior, but were surprised to see on the paperwork that it's listed as Stratus. The main cushions and bedspread are a cream/light beige, but the trim and accent pillows are Navy blue. Completely different than what "Stratus" looks like on AS's website. There, Oatmeal has tan cushions and trim. Whatever. We like it though.

Actually picked up the AS last Monday and have spent the week airing out the interior prior to attempting to sleep in it and finding places for all our gear. The old 5th Wheel had about 3 times the storage so it's been a weeding out process. Of course, it turns out we only used about 1/2 the stuff we drug around so it hasn't been as bad as it could.

Haven't quit figured out where to hang/dry bath towels. The one small towel rod in the bathroom just isn't enough. Don't really want to drill holes, so we're considered stick on hooks (3M Command Adhesive) or hooks hanging off the shower door. Would welcome anyone's ideas on how to deal with this problem.

re: wet towels

I bought suction cup hooks and placed them in the shower. So far, the towels are dry by the next day when we use them again. We tried over the door hooks for the bathroom, but there wasn't enough clearance between the top of the door and frame.

B & D,

I believe that the grey found on most new Airstreams is called 'Charcoal' and ir actually a very tight grey tweed Sunbrella pattern. Looks great with the silver body of the trailers!

Hazegrey, congrats on the Safari. You must be very excited. I know what you mean about the weed out process. We're coming from a MH and have already narrowed down some stuff. It's all right all we need is the AS and our kids!!
Lewster thanks for the info. Now we can't wait to see it!!

I got a plastic towel holder that goes over a door. It has 4 hooks for towels & wash rags. It's also easy to remove.

I think I picked it up a wal-mart.
