1981 Excella II

We have recently purchased a 1981 22' Excella II and are putting in AC and new Dometic Refer. What issues can we look forward to having with our new old trailer? Our last was a 1969 23' Safari. Should there be a silverware tray? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Standard check list.. Tires, axles, brakes, shell/window/doors leaks, batteries and converter upgrade/status...check all plumbing for security and function.

In shop now.AC Put in(never had) replacing ref w/new Dometic, hot water tank toast. Replacing w/ Atwood gas only self igniting. Should we be concerned using original converter? Brakes good, 5 new tires, wheel bearings packed, new power jack & breakaway. Able to clean original shower curtain to put in track. Working on mildew smell(Western Wa trailer). Will pull out newer carpet next week. Body & door in great shape. Has 3 awnings in good shape. We live in Liberty Lake, WA not Wisconsin( old data entry error). Thanks!
