Wheel simulator parts needed.

I searched here for wheel simulators and there are only two old threads.
I have four similar wheel simulators on fronts and rears, and I need the center cap and one smaller cap replaced. I bought these at CW many years ago, but they don't deal with these anymore. I've tried googling for them too, to no avail. Anyone know where I can get the parts?
I don't want to spend up to $300.00 for new simulators, although the deep dish look would be better than the ones I have on now.
