Does anyone know the company that made the original 15" aluminum wheels on my 05 International (28')? thanks

Yes, but they may not have made them, but simply been the distributor. You can use other wheels so long as they fit the specs. The specs are on the Airstream website somewhere. As I recall in '08 the offset was 0˚ and it seems important that you get the right offset. It may or may not been the same in '05. Some tire and wheel stores will ignore that.
