Source for 16" steel wheels
I'm going to upgrade to modern 16 inch tires next year on my 83 Excella. Who sells 16 inch steelies that will accept my baby moons?

Check the Sendel website. Many like me who upgrade to new aluminum wheels buy a steel one for the spare.
