Rear tire wiggle!?.?
When parking my 1973 Overlander , I noticed the rear drivers side tire was moving right to left and back. Sorta like a sway... it was lower tire pressure ... 35' vs 50' on the other three tires. Was that my problem?

First thing is jack up the trailer and see if the bearings are loose. You should be able to JUST feel movement as you attempt to rock the tire. Anything more than this slight movement is a problem.

A bent wheel too...something else to check.....regardless, check and fix before next use.

You state "When parking", does this mean you see it when you're backing up, when you're pulling forward, or both?
With a torsion axle your primary direction of movement is forward as in towing. This means that you are pulling into the leading angle of the torsion arm rather than pushing into the angle when backing. Hence I would expect some lateral movement of the wheel assembly when backing.
Check for the condition "as towed" and "as backed". You still need to check your bearings and wheel.
Ford's Twin I-Beam suspended trucks use to look pigeon toed when parked after backing.

A bad tire can also make it appear that the wheel is bent
