Looking for bearing seal

Hi All,

I am in the process of renovating a 1963 overlander. The shell is currently off and the frame is at a shop getting the torsion axles, bearings, brakes, all that fun stuff checked out. BUT we ran into a hiccup and cannot find the correct size bearing seals to replace the original ones.

I ordered a seal that I thought was going to work (just a little wider than original) but it actually ended up not being snug enough. It went in too easy.
I have called around to all my local automotive, bearing and trailer shops to see if anyone caries that size, but no luck. Does anyone know where I can find that size bearing seal or have any advice?

My original seal number:
NATIONAL 292100

Measurements:
OD 3.26
ID 2.26
Width .31

Thanks in advance!!

-Lauren

I'll bet Out of Doors Mart can help. Give them a call.

Take the old seal to your nearest NAPA. They should be able to cross reference a replacement seal for you.

Make sure it's a double lip seal.
