Installing TPMS sensors

Wanting to install a TPMS system on my 25 ft Safari. I currently have 45 degree valve stem extenders installed. Would like to use the flow-thru sensors. Can the sensors be installed on the extenders or should they be removed? Any advise would be appreciated.

You should replace the current valve stems and the extenders with all metal valve stems. Whey you get it done have the tire place spin balance the tires with the sensors in place.

I had a set of TPMS's they stressed me out never worked I was getting low warning signals stop check pressure and it would be ok sent them back to camping world for refund. Now I just check pressure each morning of travel and do walk around at all stops fuel restroom breaks. Good camping Rand
