Hub trouble?

Was out checking on our 2017 Airstream (19-foot) and noticed a bit, not much, of oily film on one of the wheels.

See pix.

Is this something to worry about?

May be.

A closer inspection of the second pic and the oil (or???) is dripping out of the holes in the wheel. Not the center of the wheel.

What does the back side of the wheel look like?

This appears to be the road oil from asphalt inside your wheel. Wipe it and smell. Bearing oil will smell.

The wheel bearing system is contained behind a sealed cap. If you get this wheel in the air, spin the wheel and it should be quiet other than the brakes. Try to wiggle the wheel for slop. If it is solid... road asphalt. If it has slop.. bearings, they may also make a grinding noise.

If I were to wager... NOT the bearings.

A little bit of gunk like that was all I saw once. Did not act early enough and it turned into a big bill.

If it comes back (even in a tiny amount) after cleaning, my vote is to get it checked by a reputable trailer shop or RV dealer. Best scenario is that you waste a little bit of money to inspect it.
