Does a 2012 19 foot flying cloud have nev-r lub bearings

I was wondering if my 2012 19 foot has nev-r lub bearings ,I haven't taken the wheels off yet to check what kind I have (it's cold here today -20 Celsius ), I have very little mileage on it maybe 3000 kilometers or 1860 miles ,I know the bearings and brakes should be checked yearly or 10000 miles but as a retired automotive tech,I have seen very little service on front taper roller wheel bearings on old rear rear drive vehicles ,we would service the bearings when we replace the brakes and machine the rotors ,this could be years for some customers and maybe 20000 to 30000 miles or more , and in the case of rear bearings( the taper roller type )on the rear of some front wheel drive cars and mini vans . I know that the trailers are used different then cars .

Scamp, I'm having my bearings packed at JC week after next. They quoted me the best price I've found anywhere for the service. Perhaps they'll do this for you gratis, as your unit is still under warranty...

We have Nev-R-Lube bearings on our 25'.

While we were at Airstream Service Center last fall they recommended checking "run-out" of the bearings once a year if you are traveling a lot, so they pulled the wheels and checked them. They were fine.

I don't recall seeing any specific intervals for doing this in the manual, any recommendations from our mechanics here?

Thanks to all , just checked owners manual and all airstreams below 25 feet have serviceable bearings I guess I'm going to repack my bearings before going to jackson center it's been 2years and about 3000 kilometers or 1860 miles ,I don't need any problems on my way down .manual says six months or 10000 miles. Guess I'm going to freeze my ?off and repack them well better then loosing a bearing or stuck on the side of the road.thanks tin tin with your suggestion on jackson center maybe providing a courteous service and repacking them for me .i think I'm not going to take the chance and I will do them before going. Hope to see you in jackson center next week or so ( not sure how long I'm going to be there. Don and Carole

Personally, I would not worry about them if you have that low a mileage on them. 2 years is nothing. I just did mine this past weekend. They were previously done up in Ohio, about 10 years ago. Grease was starting to get a little dry. Bearings, races looked like new, no rust or scoring. Used Amsoil synthetic grease last time, using Pennzoil green, this time. Probably about 3000 miles, we tend to stay within a 3-4 hour radius of home. That includes trip from Ohio down to Florida.

Your mileage may vary, this advise is worth as much as you paid for it, etc.
