Dill VS-902-W valve stem right for my rim?
I just had pep boys order subject stems for my new Sendel T02 rims. Can I get a sanity check or verification that these will mount correctly on my rims. I'll install the screw on tpms sensors once tires go on AS, thx

VS-902-W
Chrome low profile valve
Sealing valve cap
0.453″ valve hole
1.44″ effective length
Torque 25-45 inch lbs
This should work fine.
Low profile for the TMPS.

When they open I will, but I'd like to have some substitute vs part numbers available. I wanted metal since I'll be using screw on tpms, but am about to give up and tell them to put on the rubber pull thru or what ever they have.

I have the Dill VS-902-W valve stem on my 2013 Airstream with Sendel T02 wheels installed by Discount Tires.
Work well with the TST TPMS non-flow through sensors.

Does it matter if the valve stems are ferrous metal when they are going in aluminum rims?

There is a possibly of corrosion with all, but remember....there is a rubber sealing washer on both sides of the stem, not much direct metal to metal contact or moisture intrusion.
The stems in our 10yr old Burb show no signs yet, inspected last Spring at new tire install.

Many people with 2017 FC say they don't fit. Have you actually used them? What year rims?
The Dill 902-W have a nut with a long shoulder which is a great solution for recessed valve stems. Now just to find some.

Thank you, real world experience!
I've been searching the net for 902-W but can't find them.
I have an e-mail into Dill.

If you have a local Discount Tire, check with them. Bring a picture as the store may not know who the mfg is or what the model number is

Try eBay:

That is where I got mine, check carefully as these might be knock offs, but mine work fine. More to choose from.

I just sent an e-mail to e-trailer asking if they would take a Dill 416 and test it in a Sendel T-2 rim. (since they sell both).
They've gone into the warehouse for me before, and their customer service is great.)
More to the point, the 902-W look-a-likes on E-bay look good, but are not Dill, and are made in China. Maybe Dill gets theirs made in China too, but I'd hate to do all this head scratching and then have a blowout because my metal stem fell apart..
I can't believe the nearest Discount Tire is in Lakeland, Fl. Bummer.

Thank you for the question and your recommendation, my concern is that in no place anyone mentions rated psi for the metal stems. Metal stems also come in a variety of flavors and you need to be careful about std pressure or high pressure, and type of mount since my particular rim does not let me use a tighten from the outside type, I need a bolt in flush type. I am still looking for the right valve.
