cORRECT FACTORY WHEELS?

Just saw an ad for an 79 a/s and one of the comments in description was: "correct airstream factory wheels" Anyone have any idea what that means? I've asked the seller twice about those wheels, and haven't gotten any response....

In 79 I think they are reffering to the slotted mag wheels. They should look like these:

Mag Wheels?

We have a '78 with the same wheel but according to the service manual they are forged aluminum. The aluminum wheels have the aluminum "bullet" covering the axle hub. The other option is steel wheels but they don't have the bullet.

What am I missing here?
