GM used to call them rallye wheels, they consisted of steel wheels generally black or grey, a chrome ring that snapped into the circumfrence of the wheel and a chrome center hub cap. They looked pretty flashy for the day in the '60s and '70s. My '77 Vette black with a red interior came with rallye wheels. I just put beauty rings on our A/S yesterday. We had chrome hub caps but the wheels just looked utilitarian in black and hub caps. The beauty rings really make it! It looks sharp and gives the trailer a slightly retro look. They are stainless steel with continuous spring clips all around the edge that lock into the wheel rim portion. They are high quality and not flimsy, had a tough time getting them on without a rubber hammer. Cost less than $100 for a set of four from Outdoor Mart RV.
