I just recently aquired a 1972 tradewind 25ft. double. I need to go pick it up but its a 2 hour drive to get it and the tires are dry rotted bad, I was wondering if anyone knew what the bolt pattern is so I could take a set of tires and wheels with me to go get it.

The standard would be 6 on 5 1/2" centers.

If the trailer has been unused for years, you might want to give yourself extra time to check the condition of the wheel bearings, brakes, lights, etc. before you start your road trip home.
Good luck & safe travels!

Would this be the same (6 on 5.6" centers) for a 1967 Safari 22'? I just acquired my first Airstream and am going from Atlanta to Arkansas to pick it up and need a spare.
Also, would anyone have any info on the wheel bearings? The owner says they're ok but I'd sure like to have some with me... Gotta pull a little over 600 miles.
Thanks for any help. I'll post photos soon.

If you come to Athens I have a spare rim you can have. Also it probably only needs to have bearings packed not new ones.

Thanks very much for the offer on the rim. I'll gladly come to Athens (I actually live in Gainesville). I'll also be glad to pay you for the rim. If at all possible I'd like to come tomorrow or Sunday if ok with you as I have to go on a business trip Monday and leaving for Arkansas to pick up the Safari immediately after I get back.
Let me know how to reach you directly and we can work out the details. My direct e-mail is hmone@att.net.
Thanks again.
