62 bambi

I have a '62 Bambi with the origanal axle hubs drums and brakes. The hubs are 4 lug 4.5" spacing which is almost impossible size to find new rims. I was thinking of changing trailer hubs, drums and brakes to a 5 lug 4.5". Does someone know if I can find trailer hubs, drums and brakes to fit that spindle? (I have not pulled the hubs off yet since I am trying to figure out what to do)

Is there a reason that you are not replacing the entire axel? Does a '62 have a Henschen Axel? I think there is much written in this forum about the state of the rubber in the old Henschen axels. Replacement is what is strongly recommended.
