2021 Basecamp 16X Bearings need repacked?

I tried to make an appointment at the nearby Campers World to have the bearings repacked and brakes checked. (Nearest AS dealer is 180 miles away) Was told by their service dept that my camper had the permanently sealed bearings and did not need repacked. Further research has me confused. Anyone know for sure one way or the other??

Nev-R-Lube is Good

Airstream has used Dexter Nev-R-Lube wheel bearings in all models since 2018, reference 7-2, your owner's manual)

I just completed disassembly and inspection on all my bearings just this week after unsuccessful garage contacts. It seems nobody wants to do any work at any garage these days, so I did it myself.

All you need is a 3-ton jack, two 3-ton jack stands, 1/2" torque wrench and 1-7/16 axel nut socket and snap ring pliers. You are looking for broken springs, excessive wear gouging on the drums and magnets and removal of excessive grease and dust.

It wasn't difficult, just time consuming. The garage would not have done the cleaning and inspection I did.

Dexter recommends inspection at 10K miles or one year. I'm doing mine every 20K based upon my useage.

The Sport models did not use sealed bearings. Our 2019 has conventional hubs and wheel bearings. No EZ Lube either.
