Who makes this hitch?

This hitch came from a 1996 Dodge Ram D2500, 4x4. I know Dodge used these hitches for many years. All the stickers on it are gone. I'm using it as an exact replacement to the one already mounted on the truck which is currently damaged and needs to be removed. I'm looking for parts for the hitch, the electrical box part, I need a new one welded on, the 7 pin connector mounts to it. Please see attached photos of the hitch for I.D. Any help would be appreciated. Hitch appears to be OEM from the factory or dealer. Electrical connections just plug right in no modification required.

The trailer connector on mine is in the bumper, I think it started that way in '02. Why can't you pick up a mounting plate from your local RV dealer, and attach it to the receiver with a couple of self-tapping screws?

Any decent shop should be able to fab up the box for you without too much trouble. I would be surprised if the box was available by itself.
