Shank Length for SwapPro with '19 RAM 2500 ?

Recently we upgrade the pickup from a 2007 Ford F150 4x4 to a 2019 Ram 2500 4x4 with the Cummins diesel. I have a BlueOx SwayPro that I used with the F150 to tow our 22' Sport (Bambi) Airstream. The receiver of the Ram is about 6"higher than the F150's was plus it is a 2-1/2" vs a 2" on the F150. I emailed BlueOx and they recommended replacing the shank with a 9-hole 2-1/2" version (BXW4028). Sounds easy enough but I have 1 hole left on the 7-hole and if I get 2 more on the 9-hole that is only 3-3/4" of more drop.

What are other folks with the BlueOx SwayPro and 2019 Ram 2500 4x4 using?
