Not quite level

Just upgraded to a blue ox hitch for my 99 F250 and 07 International CCD26. The trailer is a little high in the front. I’ve pulled it twice for about 400 miles and it feels good and behaves well. I’m wondering if should still get a drop down to make it level.

If by "drop down" you mean a shank with lower holes, then yes.

Get it as level as possible. I also had to buy a different shank for my new F250.

Yes. You will wear the tires on the rear axle at a greater rate than those on the front axle. Especially when turning.
