You have two of the best, most stable tow vehicles out there. Just about any competent hitch will do. There's no need for PPP type hitch like Hensley or Propride. If you enjoy way overkill, you can't go wrong with those either.
Likewise, the 25FB is likely easily handled by your tow vehicles. For that reason, hitch selection again is not hugely critical. You don't need large amounts of WD tension in your rig. As always, dialing in the hitch setup is likely more important than the particular hitch.
The Equalizer would do a great job. So would a lightweight Anderson hitch. Just as likely, anything in between would do great.
Some of the often talked about hitches on the boards are the Blue-Ox, Husky round bar, and Eaz-Lift. Some pro and cons to each. Ease of setup is probably the most important to you.
