I spoke with my Airstream dealer about that model before buying the Sway Pro. The new Track Pro was recommended by my dealer for smaller trailers than mine, so it might be a good option for a 16-footer. I've been very happy with the Sway Pro so far.

The link you provided is the light one with a 2 inch ball. You'd need the 2 5/16 model. They make 600 lb bars for it also I believe. When I was using the Blue Ox, I was able to put the tailgate down which was nice. Now with a different hitch I have the ball 3 inches closer to the bumper but can't put the tailgate down. Closer to the bumper give you a better ride and is more stable. Still this is a good option.
I use the blue ox with 1,000lb bars to tow my 25FB with my f150. I purchased it in July. Pulled a total of around 5,000 miles already, very happy with the Blue Ox!
