Kudos to Hensley Manufacturing

I just need to say a Thank you, to the great guys at Hensley Manufacturing, in Michigan.. I have the Hensley Arrow on the Airstream, and with changing tow vehicles, needed to obtain another adapter thing.. (not sure of it's name - the bit that sticks into the receiver hitch..) I have a 4 inch, for my Ford tow vehicle but needed a different one for the Kodiak. I went there on Wednesday, and met the guys (unfortunately not with my camera.. I need to get used to having it..) and they sent me off with a different one.. My phone was not working that day - so when they called to apologize for sending me away with the wrong bit, I did not get the message until I got home. Mistakes happen, so I went back yesterday to change it for the right 8 inch one, to fit the Kodiak.. They gave me a Tongue Twister, something which I imagine will help tremendously, and a baggy of all the clips and pins.. Very useful.. They did not have to do that, and I thank them loudly. They could have sent the replacement bit by carrier, but that would have denied me the fun of going there again..

If any of you Hensley Hitch users are in Davison Michigan area, Terry and the Guys at Hensley hitch would Love to have you drop in..

Theo

I Agree!

My experience in dealing with Hensley has been top-notch. They are a company that that takes customer service very seriously. It is refreshing to have a company "go the extra mile" for its costumers in this day and age. It also produces fierce costumer loyality as I will tow with a Hensley for the rest of my life.

Another Hensley Owner

Like you guys I had a great experience with Hensley!
Our Hensley arrived this week, I will install it some time in the next 2 weeks. Our Overlander should be ready around mid April.

We love our Hensley Arrow!

We think our Hensley is the cat's meow, no more sway! Our only complaint is the paint has not held up well on certain parts of the hitch and we've got some rust to deal with (we have had the hitch less than a year). Oh well, that's what POR 15 is for.

I have noticed that the paint has gone, in some places.. when we get to our next spot, I will do some touching up, and maintainance issue stuff, on the whole rig.. I have hauled my beautiful 34 footer over 13,000 miles, and have nothing but praise for the lump of orange, on the tow bar.. It is amazing, better by far than anything else I have used ( with over 100,000 miles towing large trailers, with pickup trucks, I have used most everything else)

I visit other forums, where the members with Hensleys praise them all the time, and the members without say they aren't worth the money.. Funny that - if you haven't got a hensley arrow, it isn't worth the money, you haven't spent, but if you have one, you would buy another in a heartbeat if you needed to...
