Thumbs up Hensley=Customer Service

I just got good news. I'd like to share. Our haha worked great. I took it apart for Spring Lubrication and found a crack in the weld at the base of the ball. After consultation with Hensley Home, I shipped the orange part back for repair, understanding there would be no charge under my Lifetime Warranty. This morning I got the news that the factory is going to send me a brand new orange part rather than make a repair on my old, faded orange part. How nice! They didn't have to do that. Now I don't have to do the refurb. I had planned (after looking at moosetag's post, of course). Another example of great customer service for Airstreamers, right up there with Zip Dee and Fantastic Vent, among others I'm sure you all will name. Let's go 'streaming!

Great news. I found the same superior customer service with Barker Mfg. on the Power Jack. Thanks for sharing. Russ

Agreed...my experience with Hensley has been nothing but first rate -- well beyond what their warranty calls for.

@ Russ (Luckducks) - Who is your contact at Barker. I sent them an email to the general address asking about replacement fiber gear and switch a number of days ago. No response to far > next step?

Installed Update: New orange part arrived yesterday, installed in the afternoon. Hitched up and pulled this morning. Everything working like charm. End of tale.
