EAZ-Lift WD Hitch washers, need some

Would anyone have extra washers that are used to adjust the ball tilt on the EAZ-Lift hitch, or possibly know a dealer that I might get some from? I have contacted the mfg and was told that they do not have any loose washers, that the only way they are available are in a kit ($60). They tell me that they are "case hardened" washers and that a normal washer will not hold up. I will start searching for a supplier, but if anyone would happen to have or know a source I would appreciate it.
Thank,
Rod & Jane

They Are Widely Available

Here in Albuquerque, they are available at Central Trailer Supply, a retailer who specializes in generic RV parts, appliances, holding tanks, and hitches.
I'm sure there are many such RV parts houses in Illinois.

(Do not use a flat washer from Lowes or Home Depot. They are made from soft steel that will flatten, distort, and fail to keep the ball in adjustment)

Rod,

Flat washers?
These are all available grade 9.

But they should be available at any large hardware or materials store.
