As far as getting to Jason I just call the factory and ask for him by name. He is a salesman and if you get him mention that howard eldridge from Air Forums gave you his name and you have posted to my thread on the forum about this. David I think is the owner.



If you find a machine shop just take one of the chains in and they can measure the treads. The nuts you bought may not have enough meat in them to be re-cut but they can answer that question quickly.

Thanks Howard for the referral.

I went to Fastenal yesterday and personnel could not determine specs on the coarse threads. Two nearby machine shops closed.
I'll keep you updated.

Jason no longer works there at Sales. Referred to Florida Andersen Rep. He tracked down order at factory. Goes out today with UPS. They (factory) do have nuts in stock.
Will spray paint new nuts florescent orange.
