2-1/2" receiver - new Chevy 2500 HD

Bought a new Chevrolet 2500HD 4x4 crewcab yesterday and it has a 2-1/2" receiver and insert for a 2" hitch. Special retaining pin was made in India! The rear view camera screen is in the rear view mirror and appears that hitching up will be easy.

Hurt me to buy a GM product after the bail out, but the local dealer is really great on after sales service and supports local charities.

I love my 2500

About two months ago I purchased a GMC 2500HD. Last weekend was the first time I used it to pull my 31 foot. It will amaze you how well it does it job even if diesel has gone crazy. What you will love the most about the truck is the internal brake controller. It dose a great job stopping without jerking.
A husband is the biggest baby you will have and take the most adult supervision.

Congrats on the new TV. Our 2011 3500 Dmax just hit 17,000 today. It's an amazing truck.
