You could go to 265/75's on 1 ton SRW (single rear wheel) Chevy/GMC OEM wheels. 265's only require 7" rims and that's what these are, 7". Lots of those SRW wheels available in the junk yards. No fittment problems whatsoever.
If the truck were at stock height that is absolutely the size I would have, but those are a much shorter size and this thing has a lift on it.
