Tesla towing or Fischer Equipment Electric Tow Vehicles
This is an extract from my 'Neanderthal Wish List of Tow Vehicles' from Engineering News, February 9, 1899. Wheel options were few, but Michelin was not available at that time.

The 'storage battery' competition began then and continues today. How I miss the 'ole days of battery operated vehicles'. Some of you may also remember these in your youth... Bob comes to mind.
