Sprinter Van 2500 Tongue Weight Towing Question

We own a 2016 Sprinter 2500 4x4 V6 144 High Roof with Factory Hitch Package and planning to get the Caravel 20FB.

In calculating all the towing numbers, everything seems to match perfectly except the tongue weight is just slightly over. The Sprinter is rated for 5000 / 500 tongue weight. The Caravel is listed at 4300 / 565 tongue weight. Would love some advice from the experts on here if that you think we can make this work.

Anyone else towing their Airstreams with tongue weight just slightly over?

I'm surprised at how low the tongue weight is. It appears even the Bambi 16 is something I should not be towing. I'm seeing so many others here with Sprinter vans towing some serious metal.

Any advice would greatly be appreciate before we pull the trigger.
