Ram Ignition Switch

I have a 2011, 2500 CTD, 6.7 l. Recently the ignition switch has been acting up. It starts just fine but I have to physically rotate the fob back to the on position otherwise none of the convenience package works including the direction signals. Today when I turned off the engine and took the fob out of the ignition the warning beeper sounded that the key was still in the switch which caused the door locks not to work.

Anyone else having this problem?
